Q: Can I use Sentinel System Driver 7.5.8 on Windows 11 ARM?
A: No. The driver is x86/x64 only. Emulation in Windows 11 ARM does not support kernel-mode drivers.
Q: My dongle gets hot. Is that normal?
A: Some older Sentinel SuperPro USB keys run warm. If it’s too hot to touch, the key may be failing. Backup your license data using Sentinel Admin Control Center (if supported).
Q: Does 7.5.8 work with USB 3.0 ports?
A: Usually yes, but some USB 3.0 controllers have compatibility issues. Try a USB 2.0 hub or a USB 2.0 port on the motherboard.
Q: How do I fully uninstall version 7.5.8?
A: Run the installer again → Choose "Remove". Then manually delete C:\Windows\System32\drivers\sentinel.sys and haspvdd.dll.
