Medal of Honor: Warfighter (2012) uses local save files to store your single-player campaign progress, weapon unlocks, tier 1 challenge status, and game settings. Unlike modern titles, it does not rely on cloud saves (on PC) unless manually enabled via Origin/EA App.

Symptom: The game deletes your save because it detects a "modified" file. Fix: Run the game in Offline Mode. Disconnect your internet before launching. The game cannot phone-home to verify the save integrity.

To Restore: If you reinstall the game, simply play the game once to create the new folder structure, close the game, and then paste your backed-up Save folder into the directory, overwriting the new empty one.
