You cannot run the game on the Quest 2 alone. You need a gaming PC that can run VR Kanojo smoothly. However, "portable" doesn't mean your PC must be a desktop. The best solution for portability is a Gaming Laptop with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 (or higher).
Because you are streaming, keep the in-game settings at Medium.
