In factories and CNC shops, thousands of machines still run Windows 7 with VGA interface monitors (touchscreen resistive panels). The generic Windows driver fails because it cannot handle long VGA cable runs (15m+). The M3364 exclusive driver has a higher signal boost on the analog output. It drives VGA signals up to 30 meters without a repeater. This is a feature lost in modern drivers.
Even with the exclusive M3364 driver, you may encounter issues. Here are the fixes:
Cause: You downloaded a 64-bit driver for a 32-bit OS or vice versa.
Fix: Double-check your Windows version. Right-click Computer → Properties. vga via m3364 graphic driver windows 7 exclusive
You might see "Exclusive" attached to these driver packs. Why? Because motherboard manufacturers rarely published these drivers on their public websites. They were often exclusive to OEM contracts (Foxconn, Mitac, or recertified units).

Step 1: Disable Driver Signature Enforcement (Mandatory) Restart your computer. During boot, press F8 before the Windows logo appears. Select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" from the advanced boot menu. Without this, Windows 7 will block the "Exclusive" driver as unsigned or modified.
Step 2: Uninstall Existing Drivers Open Device Manager > Display Adapters. Right-click the current driver (Microsoft Basic or Standard VGA) and select "Uninstall." Check the box "Delete the driver software for this device." Reboot once. Step 4: The Exclusive Registry Tweak for VGA
Step 3: Manual "Have Disk" Installation After rebooting with F8 again:
Step 4: The Exclusive Registry Tweak for VGA
Post-install, open regedit. Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\YourSiS_ID\0000
Create a new DWORD (32-bit): VGAEnableAnalog and set value to 1 (Hex). This forces the VGA output to stay active even if Windows thinks no monitor is connected.
Step 5: Restart and Calibrate Reboot normally. You should now see your monitor's native resolution in Screen Resolution settings. Use the SiS tray icon to calibrate the VGA phase and clock (removes fuzzy vertical lines).
Because this driver is proprietary and old, you cannot simply double-click the installer. Windows 7 will reject it due to a lack of signature (if using a later security update). Follow this exclusive installation tutorial:
