Toon Boom Harmony Linux Install -
Run installer:
wine Harmony_21_Plus_Setup.exe
Install to: C:\Program Files\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony 21 toon boom harmony linux install
sudo yum install libX11 libXext libXrender libXi libXrandr libXcursor \
libXinerama libGLU libcurl openssl fontconfig mesa-libGL
Users have attempted to run the Windows version on Linux using compatibility layers. This is not recommended for production due to stability, tablet pressure sensitivity, and performance issues. Run installer:
wine Harmony_21_Plus_Setup
Supports symbolic links to network storage (NFS, GPFS, Luster)
sudo rpm -ivh harmony-24.04.rpm
chmod +x Harmony_Render_Node_Linux.run
sudo ./Harmony_Render_Node_Linux.run --prefix /opt/toonboom/harmony
export TOONBOOM_HOME=/opt/toonboom/harmony
export PATH=$TOONBOOM_HOME/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$TOONBOOM_HOME/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
HarmonyRenderer -proj /path/to/project.xstage -scene scene_name -task Render
