Ratiborus KMS Tools is an unofficial collection of activation utilities for Microsoft Windows and Office, packaged and maintained by an independent developer known as “Ratiborus.” The 18.10.2021 release bundles multiple small tools (x86 and x64) designed to manage, diagnose, and—depending on the user’s intent—activate Microsoft products using KMS (Key Management Service) methods.

It is a collection of activators created by a Russian developer named Ratiborus.
