Search for "Malayalam Pooja Manuscript" on Archive.org. You will find scanned versions of books printed in the 1910s-1950s. Caution: These are linguistically accurate but the scan quality may be poor.
Often, universities have digitized rare manuscripts of Kerala Tantra which are accurate. Search their "e-resources" section for Kriyadipika or Pooja Kalpadrumam.
