Most people try to do 30 to 50 things in a week. They succeed at 10 and feel like failures. Noto flips the script: Only plan 14 things.
If you hit all 14 verified keys in a week, you have achieved a 100% success rate. That feeling of "completion" is rare in modern life. The system argues that moving 14 big rocks is infinitely more valuable than pebbling yourself to death with 50 tiny emails.
