Naruto Rpg Gba English Patch (2025)
The Naruto RPG for GBA is developed by Tomy and published by Bandai. It is a traditional RPG that features a unique battle system and an original storyline not directly seen in the anime or manga series. Players control Naruto or other characters from his universe, navigating through various levels and engaging in turn-based battles.
This is NOT an easy game. Random encounters spike in the Chunin Exam forest. Bosses (especially Orochimaru and Gaara) require strategy—grinding alone won’t save you. The English patch makes reading boss patterns and item descriptions possible, which is a game-changer.
The original game was heavily text-dependent, with menus, jutsu descriptions, and story dialogue entirely in Japanese. This made the RPG elements—specifically character progression and equipment management—nearly impossible for non-Japanese speakers to navigate efficiently. Naruto Rpg Gba English Patch

A known partial English patch exists for Naruto RPG 2 (Rei no Hako), but for the first GBA Naruto RPG, no complete public patch is available (as of now). Check ROMhacking.net or GBAtemp forums for the latest status.
Many fans confuse this game with Naruto RPG 2 on the Nintendo DS (which also has an English patch!). The DS sequel covers the Sasuke Retrieval Arc and is also worth playing. For preservationists and community maintainers:
As for Naruto RPG on GBA, the translation is considered final. The original team has moved on, and no major updates are planned unless a game-breaking bug is found.
That said, small improvement patches exist:
Neither is required for a first playthrough.
