To run the MSTS BGPro Amrit Bharat Trainset without stuttering:

Use the HUD (F5) to monitor rear loco’s amps, speed, and brake cylinder pressure. If the rear loco’s amps are zero, you’ve lost the “wireless link”—check your MU settings. Use the HUD (F5) to monitor rear loco’s


  • Add Consist Files: Copy .con files from the CONSISTS folder to the TRAINS/CONSISTS directory.
  • Register in Open Rails: Open Open Rails → Options → Content → ensure the route and trainset are ticked.
  • Test: Load any BGPro route (e.g., the “Delhi - Howrah” BGPro version) and select “Amrit Bharat Trainset” from the locomotive selection menu.
  • Troubleshooting: If the rear locomotive doesn’t respond to throttle, ensure “MU Braking” and “Distributed Power” are enabled in Open Rails’ experimental features.
