Inside the cstrike folder, look for a subfolder named config. Inside config, you will find masterservers.vdf. Rename it to masterservers.old (do not delete it). masterserversvdf cs source download full
If you are using the official Steam version of CS: Source, you rarely need to edit this file manually. Steam can regenerate it automatically. I cannot directly provide pirated full game downloads,
