Fix: You forgot to run UltraUXThemePatcher, or Windows Update reset it. Re-patch and reboot.
Windows 10 does not natively support third-party themes. If you download a .msstyles file (the core of a Mac theme) and double-click it, Windows will ignore it. To bypass this, you must patch your system files.
