Longmint 9 【SECURE - Secrets】
Rugged phones have historically had terrible cameras. The Longmint 9 changes that narrative.
The software processing is tuned for contrast and clarity. Night mode is usable but not class-leading. Video recording maxes out at 4K@30fps. For a worker documenting a job site or a hiker capturing a sunset, the Longmint 9’s camera is more than adequate.
To get the most out of your device:
We tested the LongMint 9 against two heavyweights: the Noctua NH-D15 and the Deepcool Assassin IV. The test bench used an Intel Core i9-14900K (a notoriously hot chip) running at stock speeds (125W base, 253W PL2) in a 22°C ambient room. longmint 9
Idle Temperatures (15 minutes)
Cinebench R23 Multi-Core (10-minute stress test)
Gaming Load (Cyberpunk 2077, 1440p, 2 hours) Rugged phones have historically had terrible cameras
The LongMint 9 consistently ran 3-5°C cooler than the industry gold standard. The secret lies in the vapor chamber base. Most coolers use direct contact heat pipes (DTH), which leave microscopic gaps between pipes. The LongMint 9 uses a nickel-plated copper vapor chamber that sits flush against the IHS, then transfers heat to the seven pipes. This eliminates dead zones over the CPU's chiplets.
