Does Global TIS Key Gen work for the new Mazda CX-90 2025? I know Mazda uses a modified Toyota GTS platform. But my VVDI2 says "Unknown Algorithm - Contact Support."

No. Mazda switched to CAN-FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate) on the CX-90.
Toyota Global TIS keygen cannot handle CAN-FD authentication.
