Email: support@kingfast.com.tw (or your local regional support). Include a screenshot of your CrystalDiskInfo report and the SN (Serial Number) from the drive’s sticker. They will send you a zip file containing the firmware updater tool (usually a modified version of the Phison MP Tool or SiliconMotion Tool).
