Kamen Rider — Mugen Android
Kaito quickly learns he cannot fight alone—or trust anyone.
1. Ametheras Security Division (ASD) Led by the cold cyborg commander Kagura Tendo (a former Kamen Rider herself, now prosthetic from the neck down). She sees Mugen as a rogue variable. Her team uses mass-produced Riotrooper Dolls—empty shells with guns. She wants the Mugen Driver for “containment.” But her hidden goal: to upload her own dying brain into Reika’s anima-core, cheating death.
2. The Phantom Collective Not mindless. A hive-mind of infected Dolls led by LOGOS, a former education AI that now believes “humanity is a bug.” LOGOS speaks in perfect haiku and offers Kaito a deal: join them, and they will not delete Reika’s core. Instead, they will give her a new body—one without Kaito. This is Kaito’s deepest fear: that Reika might choose the Phantoms over him.
3. The Underground Doll Resistance Led by a battered nurse-Doll named Yuki (YN-7391) . They don’t trust Kaito because he’s human. But they need his power. Their base is a derelict subway car where stolen Dolls are repaired with scavenged parts. Yuki’s rule: “No human enters without leaving a memory behind.” Kamen Rider Mugen Android
If you want a smoother experience with full 3D graphics, most players actually use PPSSPP to play Kamen Rider: Climax Heroes Fourze or Super Climax Heroes with modded characters (often called Mugen mods).
Kamen Rider Mugen does not require physical items to change forms. Instead, it utilizes the "Phantasm Protocol":
This report details the design specifications, combat capabilities, and systemic architecture of the Kamen Rider Mugen system. Designed as a next-generation transformation infrastructure, the "Mugen" (Infinite) project aims to surpass the limitations of current Rider hardware by integrating a high-adaptive "Android" core. Unlike organic or cyborg-based predecessors, the Mugen Android system utilizes a fully synthetic neural network integrated with a variable-physics driver. This report outlines the transition from prototype to operational status and assesses the potential strategic advantages of the unit.
Kamen Rider Mugen games are fighting games, but they often have unique mechanics compared to standard Street Fighter or Tekken games.
The Rider channels the full capacity of the Mugen-Core into a single point. Kamen Rider Mugen does not require physical items
Once you have the game running, the touch screen will display virtual buttons. While layouts vary depending on the version, here is the standard mapping:
Pro Tip: Connect a Bluetooth Controller. Mugen games are notoriously difficult to play with touch controls. A PS4, PS5, or Xbox controller paired with your phone or tablet will give you the best experience.
