You need your camera to export still images or videos on motion. Most IP cameras support "FTP Upload" or "HTTP POST".

Why this is better: The system now "understands" the video feed. It ignores spiders, rain, and shadows. You need your camera to export still images
To achieve a "better" result, we will not rely on the camera's built-in app (which is often buggy). Instead, we will use Home Assistant (the gold standard for local control) or Agent DVR to act as the brain, filtering out noise before sending alerts to Telegram.
