The Workaround (For RGH users): You can find Title Update files and DLC Unlockers (specifically the TU3 update). Place the DLC folders in Hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\435707D4\00000002\. Use Dashlaunch on your RGH to enable contpatch = true (content patch) to unlock the DLC without a license.

Current Xenia Status for FH1: Playable from start to finish. Minor shadow flickering on AMD GPUs. The final "Rusty Races" event has a crash workaround (switch to Vulkan renderer for that single race).
