Why this cheats: The AI in FMH 2013 cannot mark the asymmetric double-striker setup. The STCR (Deep-Lying) drops deep, pulling a center-back out of position, while the AMR (Inside Forward) cuts into the vacated space. This is the most famous "glitch" in FMH 2013 to get an infinite transfer budget without unlocking the official cheat.
How to do it:
The PSP version does not remind you about expiring contracts well. But you can cheat by searching for players with "0-6 months" left on their contract on December 31st.

Note on "Unlocking": If you want to use these immediately without earning them, you must use a Save Game exploit (downloading a saved game file that already has them unlocked) or use a PSP Save Editor (like CWCheat or Bruteforce Save Data) to toggle the flags in your save file.
