The "Free" Catch: This only works if your game license supports that language. Most global keys do. However, if you bought a "Russian Retail Key" or a "JP Only Key," Steam might block English. If that happens, move to Method 2.


Unlike modern games that have an in-game language selector in the options menu, F1 2013 is a product of its time. The game usually adopts the language of your operating system or your Steam client. If the Language tab is missing or greyed out: Your key is region-locked. Proceed to Method 2.
