Portable - Easeus Todo Pctrans

A customer brings in a dying laptop. The hard drive has 2 hours of life left. You cannot waste time installing migration software on the failing drive. You boot from a USB, run the portable tool, and grab the customer’s QuickBooks and Photoshop settings immediately.

Best for: Moving from an old laptop/desktop to a new one on the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.

  • Selection:
  • Transfer: Click "Transfer". Do not use either computer heavily during this process. Large applications may take time to copy and register.
  • Use encryption and secure storage for migration packages containing sensitive data.
  • After migration:
  • For complex environments (domain-joined machines, enterprise security software, drivers), prefer fresh installs with manual reconfiguration guided by migration of user data only.
