Dr Reds Zombie Apocalypse V10 Gurogameguy

Based on player reports from the gurogameguy Discord and adult game forums:

When a survivor suffers any wound from a zombie source, roll on the Infection Table:

d6 Result
1-2  | Immediate infection - victim turns in 2d6 hours
3-4  | Suspected infection - roll again every 6 hours
5-6  | Infection resisted - no further rolls needed

Amputation Rule: A limb bitten may be amputated within 1 turn to prevent infection roll. Requires INTELLECT test. Failure means victim bleeds out in 2d6 turns.
