Drivers are the translators between your computer’s Windows OS and your Android device’s bootloader or emergency download mode (EDL). Without the correct signature-free or test-signed drivers:

Exclusive Insight: The "exclusive" aspect of these drivers often refers to modified, leaked, or signed drivers that bypass Qualcomm’s secure boot checks. These are not available on official manufacturer websites.

  • Open Device Manager (right-click Start button).
  • Locate the unknown device under "Other devices" (usually yellow triangle).
  • Right-click > Update driver > Browse my computer > Let me pick.
  • Click "Have Disk" > Browse to the .inf file from Step 4.1.
  • Ignore the "unsigned driver" warning and install.
  • Exclusive Verification: After installation, the device should appear under "Ports (COM & LPT)" as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3) or similar. If you see Quectel or ZTE drivers, you’ve installed the wrong one.

    Run the following installers as Administrator:

    Exclusive Tip: After installing each package, do not click "Restart Now." Wait until all are installed, then restart once. This prevents registry fragmentation.

    Many unlock drivers are not digitally signed. On Windows 10/11, you must:
