Rudra, the playful younger Oberoi, is planning a surprise birthday party for Bhavya. His innocence juxtaposes Omkara's darkness. However, the director uses a clever visual metaphor: As Rudra blows up colorful balloons, we cut to Omkara popping a stress ball in his study. One brother celebrates life; the other survives it.
