Assume you have game.ccd, game.img, game.sub.
Using ccd2iso (easiest):
Cause: You are trying to convert an .img file directly, not the .ccd file.
Fix: Always point your conversion software to the tiny .ccd file (1-4KB), not the 700MB .img. convert ccd to iso install
Best for batch processing and preserving subchannel data. Assume you have game
If you just need to install software from the image, try mounting with one of these first. If that fails or you specifically need an ISO for other purposes, proceed with conversion. Assume you have game.ccd
