Back in main window, click “EEPROM Clear” (only if you have a persistent error, not for just ink reset).

Click “Ink Absorber Counter” → Check “Main” and “Platen” → Click “Reset”.

After reset, turn printer off (unplug USB), wait 10 seconds, turn on normally.

This is the most critical step. The software will not detect the printer if it is in normal operating mode. You must put the printer into Service Mode.
