Cambridge English Advanced 3 Audio Download May 2026

Cambridge English Advanced 3 (officially known as Cambridge C1 Advanced 3) is an official set of practice tests from Cambridge University Press & Assessment. It contains four complete examination papers for the C1 Advanced qualification.

While the Student's Book contains the reading and writing content, the Audio CDs (or digital audio files) are essential for the Listening paper (Paper 3). Without the audio, candidates cannot practice the listening comprehension sections of the exam.

Cambridge has moved most of its audio resources to Cambridge One (cambridgeone.org). If your book has a code for this platform, you can stream the audio directly or download the files via the Cambridge One app for offline use.

There are two main versions of the book: "with answers" and "without answers." Regardless of which you buy, the audio is rarely included on a physical CD anymore. Modern publishing has shifted to digital access. Here is how to obtain the files: Cambridge English Advanced 3 Audio Download

If you have access to the digital files (via the official code or an authorized digital retailer), follow these steps for the best study experience:

  • Playback: Use a media player that allows you to easily skip back (rewind) 10 or 15 seconds. This is crucial for reviewing difficult sections (VLC Media Player or the default Windows/Mac players work well).
