If Method 1 fails, you need a second Android phone and an OTG cable.
Step 1: On the second phone, download QuickShortcutMaker from the Play Store.
Step 2: Open the app and search for “Setup Wizard.”
Step 3: Find an activity named SetupWizardTestActivity or FRPActivity.
Step 4: Save this as a shortcut on the second phone’s home screen.
Step 5: Connect the HUAWEI P9 Lite Mini and the second phone using the OTG cable. Step 6: On the second phone, tap the shortcut you created. It will launch the activity on the locked P9 Lite Mini. FRP is triggered automatically when a factory reset is performed via the recovery menu without removing the Google account beforehand. To bypass this on the Huawei P9 Lite Mini (which runs on Android with Huawei’s EMUI skin), we will use a workaround that exploits the "TalkBack" accessibility feature.

Step 3: Long-press the space bar or tap the microphone icon to access Google Voice Typing.
Step 4: Say something random (e.g., “Test”). The text will appear. Tap the text, then tap “Assist” or the three-dot menu in the pop-up.
Step 5: Select “Help” or “About Google Voice Typing.” This opens a browser window. This method uses a bug in the stock

Step 7: You will eventually navigate to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset.
