This paper employs a qualitative content analysis of Sarika’s most viewed entertainment content on YouTube (2018–2024), including music videos (e.g., Chokh, Mon Bojhena, Bondhu Rongila) and tele-films (e.g., Bhalobasha 101). Additionally, audience comments and media coverage from Bangladeshi entertainment portals (e.g., The Daily Star’s Showtime, Bangla Tribune) were analyzed to understand reception. The analysis focuses on three categories: visual framing (costume, cinematography), narrative role (agency vs. objectification), and audience discourse.
