For 640×480 at 15fps with average JPEG size 15KB: Bandwidth = Resolution width × height × bits
640 × 480 = 307,200 pixels
JPEG size = 15 KB = 120 Kb
120 Kb × 15 fps = 1,800 Kbps ≈ 1.8 Mbps
