A: This occurs when the Help file index is corrupted. Repair installation via Control Panel → Programs → AutoCAD 2026 → Change → Repair. Then reapply the language pack.

After restart: Launch AutoCAD 2026 normally. The interface should now appear entirely in Polish. If not, see the “Switching Language” section below.
