Microsoft’s driver signature enforcement and USB power management changes in Windows 11 broke many flashing tools. V258 includes a digitally signed driver package (Rockchip_USB_Driver_v5.14) that survives modern Windows security protocols. The tool also auto-reconnects after a device resets from Loader to Mask ROM mode.
