Secret #11 – The Organic Wall This mission introduces organic hive walls. Most are just scenery. However, in the first large cavern, look for a pulsating purple membrane that is darker than the others. Shoot it. Behind it: Flamethrower Fuel (200 units) and a Medkit.
Secret #12 – Skeleton Remains In the corridor filled with human skeletons, check the skeleton slumped in the far left corner. It has a yellow glow. Click on it. You get a keycard (usable later in Mission 15) and 500 credits.

Secret #25 – Time-Locked Chest In the starting area, a metal chest appears that wasn't there before. It can only be opened if you reach it within 90 seconds of starting the mission. Inside: Legendary Chaingun (unlimited ammo for 2 minutes).
Secret #26 – Developer's Room Find all previous 25 secrets, then in Mission 12, a door marked "Dev" will be unlocked. Inside: A room full of Sigma Team logos. Interact with the main computer. You get: Debug Staff (melee weapon that kills any alien in one hit) and an achievement.
