You’re using the wrong username/password or your router’s IP is different. Verify with the ipconfig method above.
If you've changed the username and password before and can't remember them: 192 l.168.1.1 username and password
Most routers come with a default username and password printed on a sticker on the back or bottom of the device. If you haven’t changed them, try these common combinations: 192 l.168.1.1 username and password
